AutumnWave

Patrick Park is the founder of AutumnWave, the North American presence of OnAir Solution, and has served as the company's Chief Executive Office since September 2005. Mr. Park is the manufacturing liaison with Pacific representatives from OnAir Solution, and he heads new product development for the company.

Prior to creating AutumnWave, Mr. Park had a three-year career as CEO of API Solution, a Korean company primarily known for its successful development and marketing of a system to allow stock trades by cellular and PCS phones. He created the compatibility bridging between the different brokerage houses, trading platforms and wireless telecom companies that made this system possible.

Mr. Park has also served in a number of other senior executive positions throughout his career, most notably as President of BT LookSmart Korea, a subsidiary of British Telecom, Managing Director of Down Jones Korea and Marketing Director of HandySoft Corporation.

Graduating with a master's degree, Mr. Park attended Kyung Hee University, Seoul Korea.

Patrick Castellani is the President & Chief Operating Officer of AutumnWave. Mr. Castellani oversees North American operations.

In addition to his position with AutumnWave, Mr. Castellani is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Logic Inc, the company that launched copperbox.com, an internationally known e-commerce site. Advance Logic Inc provided the North American launch platform for the OnAir Sasem, the world's first HDTV tuner that connects to the USB port of a personal computer. Mr. Castellani serves on the Board of Directors of Advance Logic Inc.

Prior to holding positions at AutumnWave and Advance Logic Inc, Mr. Castellani was an instructor of Electrical Engineering Technology. He also has extensive experience as a broadcast engineer, having service as chief engineer at WARMAM/WMGS-FM, which was owned by Susquehanna Broadcasting Corporation.

Mr. Castellani is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.

Scott A Shelley is the Director of Operations of AutumnWave. Mr. Shelley is responsible for managing day-to-day operations.

In addition to his position with AutumnWave, Mr. Shelley is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Center State Communications LLC. A firm who is responsible for providing Internet based communication services to small and medium sized businesses, local and state government agencies and non-profit organizations. Mr. Shelley also serves on the Board of Directors of Center State Communications LLC.

Previously, Mr. Shelley served as a Support Specialist for EmbarQ in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, a Support Specialist for AccuWeather Inc. in State College, Pennsylvania, and a Network Engineer / Senior Technical Specialist for Tri-County I-NET Inc. in Newport Pennsylvania.

In 1999, Mr. Shelley received the State Winner Award for Young Entrepreneurship in Pennsylvania and was also awarded Eagle Scout by the Boy Scouts of America.

Diane Quirk is the Director of Marketing of AutumnWave.

Diane has a diverse background with previous experience in advertising sales, sales & marketing management, merchandising, and transportation & distribution management.

She has also been a member of several organizations and has served on various committees and boards throughout her career.

Diane is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso.

Ryan Pertusio is the Director of Technology of AutumnWave, and has been with the company since November 2005.

Mr. Pertusio leads the Technical Support Department, which is responsible for end-user support of all products. Mr. Pertusio also manages the company's Internet services as AutumnWave's webmaster.

Ryan is a graduate of Drexel University's Bachelor of Science program in Information Systems.
